Forgot my password
If your login details seem to be incorrect, you can always reset your password by following these steps:
1. Click on "Forgot your password?"
2. Enter your registered email address and press Reset my password.
3. If the email is found in our system, you will get a confirmation saying that the request has been sent.
Don’t forget to check your spam folder in case the email ended up there by mistake. If you haven’t received a password reset link to your email, please contact support at help@nordpilates.com. Once you have reset your password, try to log in to your account in the app.
