How do I delete my account?

If you wish to remove your personal data, please follow the steps listed bellow:

1. Once logged in, click on the Settings menu at the top right corner of the app.

2. Navigate to "General".

3. Click on "Delete account".

4. Confirm your account by entering your password. Then press "Delete".

5. The action is instant and irreversible, once you done you will be sent to the home screen.

Please note: deleting your personal data or simply deleting the app from your device does not cancel the subscription. If you wish to cancel your subscription or have any further questions or inquiries, contact our customer support team via email at help@nordpilates.com.
