What to do if my step tracker is not working?
Nord Pilates app needs your permission for the steps tracker to work. If the steps tracker is not working properly, you can give the necessary permissions by following these steps:
iOS:
1. Open "Settings"
2. Open "Health"
3. Open "Data Access & Devices"
4. Select "Nord Pilates"
5. Press "Turn On All"
Android:
1. Open "Settings"
2. Select "Apps"
3. Open "Nord Pilates App Settings"
4. Open "Permissions"
5. Select "Health Connect"
6. Press "Allow all"
If the step tracker is still not working properly after following these steps, email our support at help@nordpilates.com.
